Art Sleep-Over
Terms & Conditions

 1. Try Original Art at Home

The Art Sleep-Over allows approved clients to experience a ready-to-ship original artwork by Luxe Wall Art by Lisa in their own space for a short trial period before committing to purchase.

2. Eligibility

The Art Sleep-Over is available on select ready-to-ship original artworks only. Made-to-order originals, commissions, prints, and editions are excluded. Participation is subject to approval by Luxe Wall Art by Lisa.

3. Geographic Availability

Art Sleep-Over is currently available to NSW residents only.

This service is limited to delivery addresses within New South Wales. Eligibility is determined by the delivery address provided at the time of booking. Luxe Wall Art by Lisa reserves the right to decline or cancel an Art Sleep-Over request if the delivery address falls outside NSW.

4. Trial Period

The standard trial period is 7 days, commencing on the agreed delivery or collection date. The trial end date will be clearly stated in your Art Sleep-Over Agreement.

5. Deposit

A refundable deposit of 20% of the artwork’s retail price is required prior to release. The deposit percentage may be adjusted at the artist’s discretion.

6. Purchase or Return

At the conclusion of the trial period, you may either keep the artwork and pay the remaining balance or return it by the agreed date in original condition.

7. Condition & Care

During the trial period, the client accepts full responsibility for the artwork and must ensure safe placement, handling, and care.

8. Insurance & Liability

The artwork remains the property of Luxe Wall Art by Lisa until paid in full. Clients must confirm insurance coverage or accept full responsibility.

9. Identification & Age Requirement

Clients must be 18 years or older. Valid photo identification may be requested prior to release.

10. Delivery & Collection

Delivery or collection arrangements will be agreed in advance. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.

11. Privacy & Personal Information

Personal information is collected solely for managing the Art Sleep-Over and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12, Agreement

Participation requires acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and completion of the Art Sleep-Over Agreement.
