By accessing our website (www.luxewallartbylisa.com.au), purchasing a product, or engaging with us on social media, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both our clients and our business while reflecting the refined, high-end nature of the Luxe Wall Art brand.

1. General Information

Luxe Wall Art by Lisa is an Australian-owned fine art brand offering original artworks, limited editions, and fine art prints. Each piece is created with high-quality materials, including acrylics, metallic foils, and textured mediums. All artworks are produced with care and attention to detail; however, natural variations in texture, foil placement, or colour tones may occur as they are handcrafted. Screen and lighting differences may also affect how colours appear online.

2. Product Information

  • Product descriptions, sizes, and materials are provided as accurately as possible.
  • Each original and limited-edition print has a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
  • Purchase does not grant reproduction rights; all artworks and images remain the intellectual property of Luxe Wall Art by Lisa.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • Luxe Wall Art by Lisa is not registered for GST; therefore, GST is not charged.
  • Full payment is required before delivery or collection of the artwork.
  • Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
  • Payments may be made via all major credit cards and secure third-party payment providers Stripe, PayPal, Google Pay, PayID, or bank transfer.
  • Luxe Wall Art by Lisa reserves the right to adjust prices or discontinue products without notice.

4. Orders

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for custom artworks before work commences.
  • Final payment is due upon completion and before shipping.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Original artworks will be prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise specified.
  • Tracking details will be provided once an order has been dispatched.
  • Personal delivery may be arranged within Sydney CBD upon request.
  • Shipping times and fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
  • Luxe Wall Art by Lisa is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Express shipping is not currently offered unless pre-arranged.
  • International shipping is available upon request. Please contact Luxe Wall Art by Lisa directly to receive a personalised shipping quote based on your location and order.

6. Returns & Refunds (Original Artworks)

Luxe Wall Art by Lisa stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of every original artwork.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your original artwork, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The return request must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery
  • The artwork must be returned in original condition
  • The artwork must be undamaged, unaltered, and uninstalled
  • The artwork must be returned in original or equivalent protective packaging

Once the artwork is received and inspected, a refund of the artwork purchase price will be issued.

Important Conditions

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser
  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable
  • This policy applies to original artworks only

Exclusions

  • Custom commissions are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law
  • Limited edition and fine art prints are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless faulty or damaged in transit

Damaged Items

If an artwork arrives damaged, photographic evidence must be provided within 48 hours of delivery so that an appropriate resolution can be arranged.

Australian Consumer Law

This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

7. Ownership & Authenticity

All artwork remains the property of Luxe Wall Art by Lisa until payment is received in full.

Each original and limited-edition print includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity to verify provenance.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, text, and designs remain the intellectual property of Luxe Wall Art by Lisa.

Purchase of an artwork does not grant reproduction, resale, or redistribution rights without prior written consent.

9. Social Media Usage

  • By tagging @luxewallartbylisa or using branded hashtags, customers grant Luxe Wall Art by Lisa permission to share or repost their image with appropriate credit.
  • Marketing communications may be sent with customer consent; subscribers may unsubscribe anytime.

10. Limitation of Liability

Luxe Wall Art by Lisa is not liable for any damages arising from misuse of the artwork, improper installation, or allergic reactions to materials.

Artworks are intended for indoor display only and are unsuitable for outdoor or high-humidity environments.

11. Minimum Age Requirement

Luxe Wall Art by Lisa is designed for discerning collectors and art enthusiasts. Specific artwork may contain themes or visual elements unsuitable for children. By purchasing from Luxe Wall Art by Lisa, you confirm that you are 18 or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, use of this website and purchases may only be made under the direct involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Luxe Wall Art by Lisa reserves the right to decline sales or cancel orders should this policy be violated.

12. Governing Law

The laws of New South Wales, Australia, govern these Terms & Conditions.
