We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide, with tailored international options available for collectors worldwide.

Please note:
- Free standard shipping applies to Australian deliveries only
- Express shipping, urgent delivery requests, and some special delivery requirements may incur additional charges
- International orders are quoted separately and are not included in this offer
Processing Times by Artwork Type
Processing times vary by product type:
- Original Paintings – Ready to Ship: 3–5 business days
- Fine Art Paper Prints: 5 business days
- Limited Edition Canvas Prints: 5–10 business days
- Limited Edition Canvas Prints requiring scan: 14–21 business days
- Original Paintings – Made-to-Order Artwork: 4–6 weeks
All orders are processed Monday to Friday only.
Dispatch & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather events, or customs clearance.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes (Australia)
- QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, SA: 3–5 business days
- WA, NT, TAS, and rural areas: 5–10 business days
Express Shipping Options
Express shipping may be available only for selected unframed print orders. Please contact us before purchasing to confirm eligibility and receive a quote.
Packaging & Artwork Protection
Each artwork is packaged using premium protective materials to help ensure safe transit. This includes reinforced packaging, protective layering, and careful handling designed specifically for fine art.
We take every precaution to minimise risk during delivery and protect the integrity of your artwork from studio to arrival.
International Shipping
We offer tailored international shipping solutions for collectors worldwide. Please contact Luxe Wall Art by Lisa at lisa@luxewallartbylisa.com.au for a personalised shipping quote based on your location and order.
For overseas collectors, unframed prints are generally the most suitable option due to ease of transport and reduced risk of damage. Because of their size and fragility, framed artworks and original paintings may not always be eligible for international shipment.
