These Giveaway Terms & Conditions outline how to enter, how winners are selected, and how Luxe Wall Art by Lisa gift vouchers are issued and redeemed.

Important: Gift voucher prizes are valid for 12 months from the draw date and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount code, including first-order offers.

1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Luxe Wall Art by Lisa, Australia (“the Promoter”).

2. Overview

By entering this giveaway, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
This promotion is designed to offer a curated introduction to Luxe Wall Art by Lisa. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion, the prize will be issued as a Luxe Wall Art by Lisa gift voucher, which may be used toward eligible artwork purchases.

3. Eligibility

Open to entrants aged 18 years and over.
Entrants must provide a valid email address and, where requested, a valid phone number.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding the prize.

4. Promotion Period

The promotion period, including opening and closing dates and times, will be specified in the official giveaway announcement.
Entries received outside the stated promotion period will not be considered.

5. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, entrants must subscribe to the Luxe Wall Art by Lisa email list via the official entry form or approved in-person market sign-up method.
Each valid subscription counts as one (1) entry unless otherwise stated in the promotion.

6. Entry Conditions & Validity

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.
Entrants must provide accurate and complete contact details.
Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, automated, spam, or bot-generated entries may be disqualified.
By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Luxe Wall Art by Lisa. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in emails.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information, or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

7. Prize

The prize will be clearly described in the official giveaway promotion. Unless otherwise stated, future giveaways will be issued as a Luxe Wall Art by Lisa gift voucher.

7A. Gift Voucher Prize Conditions

The voucher value will be specified in the promotion.
Gift vouchers are valid for one (1) year from the date of draw.
Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
The gift voucher is valid toward purchases with a minimum spend of $1,000 AUD in a single transaction unless otherwise stated in the promotion.
Gift vouchers are not transferable unless approved by the Promoter in writing.
Gift vouchers must be used within the stated validity period.
Gift vouchers are applied at checkout as a form of payment.
Gift vouchers are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or discount code, including first order offers.
If the selected artwork or product exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the winner is responsible for paying the remaining balance.
If the selected artwork or product is below the voucher value, any remaining balance will only be retained or forfeited in accordance with the voucher terms stated at the time of issue.

8. Fulfilment & Delivery

Standard production and dispatch timelines apply to artworks purchased using a gift voucher.
For made-to-order artworks, production typically takes 4–6 weeks before dispatch.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location and carrier availability.
Where shipping is not expressly included in the promotion, shipping costs may apply at checkout.
International recipients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees payable in their country.

9. Prize Substitution

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item or voucher of equal or greater value if required due to availability, operational changes, or circumstances beyond the Promoter's control.

10. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries unless otherwise stated in the promotion.
The winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact details provided at entry.
The winner may also be announced via Luxe Wall Art by Lisa social media channels.
The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification, or the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
The Promoter may attempt to contact the winner via multiple methods, including email and phone, during this period.

11. Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, contact details, or eligibility before awarding the prize.
Failure to provide requested verification may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture.

12. Social Media, Content & Recording Consent

By entering, participants acknowledge that the Promoter may contact the winner for the purpose of announcing and celebrating the giveaway result.
The winner may be invited to participate in photo, video, audio, phone, or social media content for promotional purposes.
Any recording, including phone calls, audio, or video content, will only be made with the winner's explicit verbal or written consent at the time of recording.
Participation in promotional content is optional and is not a condition of accepting the prize.
If the winner consents to participate, they grant Luxe Wall Art by Lisa permission to use their name, voice, likeness, recorded content, comments, and/or submitted content across social media, website, email, and other marketing channels.
No additional compensation will be provided for approved promotional use unless agreed in writing.

Personal information, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and entry details, is collected for the purpose of administering the giveaway, contacting the winner, and communicating with entrants.

No purchase is necessary to enter.
The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, Shopify, or any other third-party platform unless expressly stated.
Entrants release Instagram, Facebook, Meta, Shopify, and any relevant third-party platform from liability arising from participation in the promotion.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights entrants may have under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
