Returns & Refunds

Every artwork is thoughtfully created, carefully inspected, and professionally packaged prior to dispatch. Our returns policy is designed to respect both our collectors and the integrity of each original artwork.

Original Artworks — Satisfaction Guarantee

If, for any reason, your original artwork does not feel right in your space, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility conditions:

  • The return request must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery
  • The artwork must be returned in its original condition
  • The artwork must be undamaged, unaltered, and uninstalled
  • The artwork must be returned in its original or equivalent protective packaging

Once the artwork is received and inspected, a refund of the artwork purchase price will be issued.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exclusions

  • Commissioned artworks are final sale and not eligible for change-of-mind returns
  • Limited edition and fine art prints are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged in transit

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email lisa@luxewallartbylisa.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the artwork and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will provide return instructions and a Return Authorisation (RMA).

Return Conditions

  • Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days of RMA approval
  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent further damage

For damaged or incorrect items, Luxe Wall Art by Lisa will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a return label where appropriate.

Resolution

Once the returned artwork has been received and inspected, we will:

  • Repair the artwork, or
  • Replace the artwork, or
  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

Refunds are processed promptly and may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
