Processing Times by Artwork Type

Each artwork is prepared with care, and timeframes vary depending on the type of piece selected:

  • Original Paintings – Ready to Ship: 3–5 business days
  • Fine Art Paper Prints: 5 business days
  • Limited Edition Canvas Prints: 5–10 business days
  • Limited Edition Canvas Prints (requiring scan): 14–21 business days
  • Original Paintings – Made-to-Order Artwork: 4–6 weeks

These timeframes reflect the level of craftsmanship involved in each piece, particularly for hand-finished and custom artworks.

Original Paintings

Each original artwork is hand-painted and completely one-of-a-kind. Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched quickly, while made-to-order works are created specifically for you.

Fine Art Prints
Produced to museum-quality standards, fine art prints are designed to faithfully capture the detail, colour, and texture of the original artwork.

Limited Edition Canvas Prints
These are produced in small, carefully controlled editions. Some works require specialised scanning to preserve the integrity of the original, which can extend production time.

 

Estimated Delivery After Dispatch

Once your artwork has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, SA: 3–5 business days 
  • WA, NT, TAS & rural areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier conditions, and external factors such as weather or peak periods.
